A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Marissa received her Bachelors in Business Administration with honors in 1992. While attending U.T., she competed in track and field and later competed at the international level. Marissa earned her Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the Emory University School of Law. Ms. Maggio has tried numerous cases in front of juries and obtained verdicts far greater than what had been offered to her clients prior to filing suit and practices in both state and federal courts across Texas.
